You will be graded on the following:

• Characterization – how do you develop your character?
• Voice – does the writing match the character’s personality?
• Ideas – does your story continue the themes and tone of Seedfolks?
• Conventions – do you use correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar?
• Preparation/Participation/Organization – do you keep up with deadlines, help with peer editing, and turn in a high quality piece of work

Extras: Once we are done writing, we will need to create a cover and put chapters in order, so be thinking about this as we work on the project! We will also give Polaris awards to these new characters.
